Foreign Fire Tax Board

It is the mission of the North Palos Fire Protection District Foreign Fire Insurance Board to receive and account for revenues from the 2% tax on fire insurance policies sold by foreign (out of state) insurance companies, and to use such funds for the maintenance, use, and benefit of the department, as set forth in the Illinois state statutes. Foreign Fire Tax Board Meetings

The meetings are held on the first Tuesday of March, June, September, and December at North Palos Fire Protection District Station #1, 10629 S. Roberts Road, Palos Hills, IL 60465.  Changes in meeting dates or times will be posted at least 48 hours in advance.
